Chatika processes personal data of website visitors on behalf of its clients (operators) in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
When you use Chatika as a business, you are the data controller (operator). Chatika acts as the data processor on your behalf, processing visitor data solely per your instructions.
Data processed through the chat widget may include: visitor name, email, phone number, and chat message content.
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256-GCM), with full tenant isolation and audit logging.
Lead contact data is retained for up to 365 days; chat messages for up to 90 days from creation.
